ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• Many families are investing in a photographer to document those FRESH moments to have peace of mind in remembering the little details. A Fresh 48 Session is an intimate session for families that want the first few hours of their newborn’s life captured. Typically held within the first 24-48 hours after your baby’s birth in hospital/home(birth), this lifestyle session will take place when those emotions are rapid, and everything is brand new… it’s perfect for remembering those first moments forever. • Capturing all the fine details… the tiny hat, the room, hospital blanket, wrinkles, flaky skin, tiny feet, hands, hospital bracelets – all of it. As you and your family ooh and awe over your little bundle of joy that is now a part of your family, I will intrude for one hour to capture more than the details… the light, airy glow that is filling your room… that will quickly become a blur of excitement once you bring your newborn home. It’s important to know a Fresh 48 Session is not meant to take the place of a newborn session. While usually only days apart, your newborn baby will barely even look the same by the time you have your in-home newborn portraits captured (typically held within 7-14 days of life).
• During this session, I understand that this is a time of recovery for mom and baby. You just had a baby! Mom is likely exhausted, emotional, and will be going through a healing phase, as well as family and friends that are knocking on your door excited to visit and meet your little one! I as a mom myself take this all into consideration when I’m there for your session, I try my best to work quickly to capture the must-have photographs and then slip back out. Typically, this session lasts roughly 45 minutes. The images from your session will be available to you via an online gallery within 72-hours so you can enjoy them as a family and friends and of course start prepping your birth announcement cards!

How will I receive my images?

• A preview will be sent within 24 hours of your session, I share 1-2 images to show you the magic in editing for when you're selecting your favorites! These are bonus images for you to keep in the final gallery!
• Within 72 hours of your session date, you will receive a proofing gallery where you will choose your images. An email with detailed instructions will be sent on how to do the selection process. After your favorites are selected, turnaround time is approximately 1 week.
• Additional images are available for purchase, discounted rate to purchase the entire gallery.
